This is getting out of hand guys. 

Players cant be held responsible for client sided issues or bad UI design. 

were talking here DAYS or WEEKS worth of gameplay gatherings, doing daily missions and spending silver to buy mats off cm etc.

THIS CANT BE IGNORED!

An answer of "sorry but we cant do sh*t about it" is unacceptable! Look into these issues please and prevent this from happening in the future.

Also imo the people who lost all their progress should be compensated. We already heard of a case on discord of a player quiting due to this issue -

So its finally happening on June 10th! Personally, the sea content is something i was looking forward to since launch and im super excited to see how it pans out after the update.

I do have one concern though and it came up after reading this topic - 

The forest path wagon materials are hard to come by but a thing like an Epheria Frigate requires far more time and a lot of silver invested into it.

If the events to repeat them selves from the attached topic it would be absolutely devastating to someone who's building a frigate.

Could we count on the GMs total support incase we lose our materials due to a bad UI function or at least implement a fix to prevent from something like from happening?

Would love to get a response before this weeks update!

I second this!! Losing the materials and time on this due to a glitch or bug would be devastating. 

Dont expect frigate this time around.. it will prolly start out with Epheria sailboat only

It is part of the original Margoria content launch. There is no reason to expect that we would not get the frigate too.

I doubt very much that we will have margoria in this update, the main reason is that no type of information has been published in this regard, remember that with each new territory and major expansion during the week of Greece a post is published on the news site making the introduction of the new content and this time there are no shades of said information, so keep waiting for the content of the sea for a next update in an unknown future

You're aware they've already made a post about a livestream detailing what we're getting in Margoria....tomorrow, right? Stream starts in 7 hours. 

Pls, can You submite the link, i don see nothing about a date to the release of margoria, except that's in the Road map of the first half of the year...

thats where ur wrong.. it took atleast a year before it was released on pc. started out with only Sailboat.

That sucks but thank god you didn't have your designs in or anything else and only lost the 50 squares.. Could have been really rough.

Just yesterday i lost HALF of the total materials for the Epheria frigate Registration, the workers had proccesed + 5 ship desings and around half the flax, squares & pine ... i am very sad i hope they can help us TT_TT

So er.....here's a helpful hint you should definitely not need to hear, but l'll say it anyway... 

Do not, repeat, DO NOT, press the Y button. Under any circumstances besides confirming worker cycle amount. Any other time, your recipe will be lost and you'll have to start over. 

However, PA should really add a confirmation window to confirm cancellation of a costly (and extremely time costly) venture like the boats. 

yeah, sadly happened during a unresponsive interface lag spike TT_TT
  and i got the generic we can't recover those items from the support team TT________TT

Don't hold your breath. I was crafting a Frigate and after 9 days of scrolling mats my game glitched and crashed while I was on the crafting screen causing me to lose all my mats and canceling my boat. I put in a ticket and got an I'm sorry we can't help reply. So if there is a problem don't expect help.

This **** happened to me the other day canceled a sailboat with 15 boat designs and a ton of materials didn't put in ticket cause PA support is complete **** so I'm just gonna buy a boat through CM

Yes

There should be a recovery system as the one that exists on PC for "accidentally" deleted items. Gather/collect all the mats takes ages and a lot of silver.

The only advice I can give here, is if you need to reassign workers to work on a part for these ships, is to wait a full 2-3 minutes, standing perfectly still in a safe zone to let everything load in. This way it minimises the chances of lag spikes initiating the double press of the Y button. 

Just give a 4 button confirmation configuration on such items, these things should not be able to be canceled this easy!

This has happened to me twice once at I've 700 jobs/mats done and the other over 2000 Jobs/Mats done it's a joke and not playing at the moment unless it's fixed and I get compensated I will not be back

The Gm have always been nice to me hopefully they can be aware of the issue and fix it!  Best of luck!
