I just thought I'd provide a suggestion for people playing BDO with connection issues, who are forced to use wireless because they can't plug their Xbox directly into an Ethernet port.
It's a little pricey but try this:
I have a really strong wireless signal from my mesh network, but I was still having a lot of connection issues (frequent de-sync, lag, and dropped game connections). I decided to try plugging into a wireless extender and after a month of using it, I am going to say that it's just about resolved most network issues.
The answer is so simple as saying that an RJ45 cable has data transfer rates of 100 mb/s and WIFI 54 mb/s under ideal conditions. You can spend the money you want trying to "fix wireless connection issues" but you will never be able to compare it to a wired connection
The point of my post is that sometimes people simply cannot plug in with RJ45 cat5e or cat6. In my house, I'd have to get the house wired or snake a cable 100 feet through the kitchen, dining room, entryway, and into an office. Neither of those things are going to happen - although I keep thinking about getting the house wired some day.
For those that don't quite follow what the extender thingy is that I linked to above, it's a device you can plug your Xbox or PlayStation into with a cable so the console thinks that it is using a wired connection. Then you just plug that device into the wall outlet and it has an antenna that receives your wireless signal. It just happens to be a better antenna than the one in the console (in my experience) - either that or the position on the wall gets a better signal than where you have your console (maybe inside a media station).

Un that case, is better use a Powerline system, which allows the electrical system to be used as network wiring and from the wall socket You can take a cable to the XBOX
More info for the Powerline system

Powerline systems don't work well. I've tried three different iterations of them and they all have had significant packet loss.
Malaise is probably right, it's not the best choice.
