I have been trying to build Frigate since you could the first time while at about 25% through build while setting the amount of times a worker can work the whole lot cancelled so I posted here 

as it’s the same problem but no response.

It Just happened again at Over 50% over 2000 Jobs Mats lost and I was extra careful and at no point did I press delete

This is a bug and needs fixing and I want my stuff back 

I can’t spend another month gathering stuff to lose it again so unless this gets sorted soon I will be leaving and deleting game

 
Spend ages getting Mats  leave Ps4 on for hours and hours on end have bought 1000s of pearls to get this response again

As you can see no bothered at all.I did not cancel it cancelled itself which is a BUG

They crap all over the lifeskillers and anything related to it. They won't replace any lost materials even if its a bug. Its complete nonsense.

Still not heard anything maybe GMs are to busy with Crimson Desert that they can't be bothered with Black Desert

This is a huge bug. If it does this for ships who's to say the game won't cancel any of the other items you got crafting. Atm I'm seriously afraid to have my workers craft anything if the game will cancel them without me actually doing anything. This will also hurt the economy of the game if this is the case as a lot of players tend to buy crafted items instead of crafting them themselves because of time crunches. I've already seen a decline in ship registers and their add ons. Mats Will disappear faster than they appear on the market due to the game canceling your crafts without inputs. 

However I must ask because its something that's been bugging me since reading this post but what server have these game cancellations been occurring on? The console exclusive or crossplay servers?

It's rotten I know, but when I made mine I went into ship building screen very sparingly (only when i had a large amount of mats I could work on at the one time) and everytime I went into the screen I took a screen shot of what I had done. That way at least, they can't just fob you off, you will have some sort of proof of what you lost.

Keep opening up tickets through the APP and this post is good until the Dev is aware of the issue or acknowledge the issue exists on patch note keep making new tickets stop making boats.

It just happened to me last night as I was doing mine I was like WTF. 5 blueprints and 1500 coated pinewood away from completing it :( I opened a ticket.  Well I enjoyed playing this game, but I won't be doing 20 more days of gathering and such, just to lose everything in the blink or a eye.  For improvements don't make the deleted button and the change amount of work buttton the same! And something that takes days to craft should have more than 1 button need to be pressed to delete. Make it multiple buttons need to be pressed to cancel a crafting job. Or some type of box you can check to prevent deletion altogether until a craft finishes.

I like the last part, the have a prevent cancel check box for builds that you don't want cancelled. That should be something PA takes into consideration.

Its absolouty distgusting BLAMING us for it.  I am complaining to xbox directly ask them to speak to pearl abyss as you just  dont treat player base like that! Really! like it our fault they made a RUBBISH UI and we have been reporting it for months(same problem with forrest wagon btw that take even longer to build too.)

Changed Forums but no GMs doing anything.I log in once a day at moment to check if they have done anything and then log off.If they don't do something soon I will not play again

Looks like they have realised there is a problem but still no mention of compensation 

i Lost my stuff at 99% finihed you'd think they would say "aww close enough here" but no the support system here is horrible

They tend to forget if it wasnt for us theyd be out of work

ive played other games that bend over backwards to help you and Korean games especially but the NA support system is horrible
