Bought 20k pearls in the last week and was about too buy another 20k as it's on Discount. Only to see we have another EU Prime time event, this time the Shards.

I'm tired of submitting tickets and getting nowhere.

EU is over 13 time Zones, your event is 1am to 7am Eastern Australian time.

As a PS4 player in my ticket about switching our Accounts to NA even if i had to pay for the transfer. I was told it's not possible at this stage,  but I Could buy a NA Copy to play on the NA Server.

The above showed absolute no concept of how the Playstation Network operates or a pure Total Disregard of us players from Au/Nz stuck in a Time zone night mare because PA wants Region Prime time Content and then couldn't be bothered to move us to a more friendly Time zone region. I Should not need to get up for a 4am Node War Start.

Suffice to say I've had a gut full, Between PA and Sony this could easily be rectified.

But us mugs keep buying pearls, so who cares!

I've spent plenty and would continue too over the next Couple years, but you people have lost me.

This entire thing with the PS4 region has a solution you have to reinitialize your PS4 wiping these HD and set the US region as your region.

I will get this suggestion sent up with my report today!! :)
