I was able to buy this package before the update today.  I was able to buy it when we did precreation.  I never received the items and figured I would not get them till launch as it included an outfit and underwear that was not available yet as well as a pet I had never seen.  Launch day comes and no items.  Not sure why this package was available to purchase before launch and if that was a bug or planned but I received no items and my pearls were used.
