Harpoon fishing Margoria North=Broken Still

I've posted this before but thread is gone now since forum merging.
Anyway, ever since the ocean update dropped, harpoon fishing does not work in Margoria North sea. Can't complete quests because of this. Are devs even aware of this yet?
Yes, I'm using fishing boat.
Yes, I know how to harpoon fish, I've done it hundreds of times.
