Hello, I want to report a bug, it happens that when I change characters, some settings are reset to a default state, these are character optimization and hide other players, I do not know if there are other options that are reset when changing characters but the community can go  contributing here in my post, these resets are annoying, especially the option to hide characters that is generally used for world boss and happens just when one changes character.

This is all happening while switching to you WB alts you have placed, right? If that's the case you need to send a ticket in as that should not be happening. However I will state that the function reverts back to default after WB time frames are done as there is hardly anyone in areas as concentrated as the WB areas.

I already asked for a ticket and his response was to change the configuration of all my characters and close the game correctly from the exit menu.  it did not work, in a while it was deconfigured again, I have tried everything but those options are reverted every time I change characters or even sometimes when I simply connect to the game.  Here in the forum no GM does not respond to me and the last ticket I sent reiterating the problem there were no solutions.

They might be misunderstanding the issue however sounds like they want you to save the settings each time on your separate characters, which is probably a waste of time as the settinga should be family locked and not chatacter locked. If you properly logged out of the game after saving the settings and then fully close the game and restart it. Then they'll need a step by step of the details that you've done with no real change. Details are everyrhing to them and translating them are rough for the support team. Also with the new forum layout and the tag CM/GM function not working, I doubt any of the CMs have looked at or responded to the posts here.

I will sling shot this to discord and hope a CM or GM knows what's going on.

Thank you very much, the truth is that they gave me this answer in the image, I understand English at least the written language, I'm not very good at speaking it, but I understood what they explained to me and I did it even so it did not work, I wrote a post  Reporting that the ring menu was reset and they fixed patches back thanks to the community, I hope this happens again.

I asked the discord and even posted a link to this thread and hopefully you'll get a better response also if there's a Language you prefer to discuss the issue in I'm sure someone on the discord can help out or even here on the Forums.
