They said that it increased but cannot say the exact number

I'm sure that it's not 10 and not 14

I will have a chance to get t8 or not

Or i have to start breeding after update

It may be too late to answer this but I'd hold off til after the update to be 100% sure that you're not locked out of that possible T8 horse from breeding.

I dont know if its for sure, but I went to the bdo horse discord and they told me that because we have t8s and Kama our breeding rate is the same as pc, which is 14.

14%? IIRC there was a breeding guide for horses somewhere on the web amd it showed the % of getting a higher tier horses though it may be out of date. But given that I saw on the guide that optimal breeding lvl for the horses were lvl 26 with 22% of success of higher tier. Correct me if this is no longer the case.

Edit: wow just did a quick search and it's 23% for a higher tier male and an 8% chance for a higher tier female with both at lvl 26. Levels higher than 26 yield no change in success. I believe though the breeding rate is 14 but SEA might have different rates.

Yeah the breeding rate is definitely 14. Someone got a t8 m with a t7/t5 combo both being lvl 25. You can only get that with rate 14 as a minimum.
