Problem with Enchantment Scroll after log 14

Hi BDO Team,

i ve just finished adventure log 14 and then my blackspirit didnt apear with the enchantment scroll (100fs).
I tried to relog check everyquest on my black spirit but still not available..... pls fix that Problem and give me my second 100fs ;/
