Since the update, when entering your home and using the inventory inside, once you move outside you lost the ability to "summon" the radial menu. It will not come up and no shortcut function will work. The in-house menu will still be available. Issue is fixed after a relog and appears again after using your home.

I am using the UI setting to remove the radial menu form the screen, have not tested any relation to the bug.
