Console: Xbox One S

I have set up my own Hotkey actions for my preference. All was well until for some reason they switched to defaults and when I switched them back and saved it. Even restarting the game after. The hotkey action list in settings were bound to my controller button list, but the actions in game revert to default. Again even though it says MY Hotkeys are setup in settings. The character is defaulting to original controls.

I tried reinstalling the game and clearing cache.  I can't play it now unless I use the default keys.
