Solution is, "SET IT UP IN GAME", first click into profile, or find the tab by hitting, "Options, button on controler", scroll to "Ring menu settings" tab, then select "Menu". Next find "Profile", once profile is open, press "Triangle" to start link. 

Keep in mind, for it to work properly you have to first setup a Black Desert Online profile on the web, via;
