My game stops out of nowhere all the time.

When I'm playing, over time about 1 hour of game, the game just stops, my character keeps moving but I can't interact with anything else, talk to NPC to open the backpack, NOT TO DO ANYTHING, and to back to normal I have to restart the game again through the ps4 menu.
Anyone else with this problem?
