Won't let me log in says thanks for playing during free time however I've already paid for the game in been playing for a little while now....... Any ideas

Yes, same with me this account is new on here. But I started playing last year like 4 - 5 months from now until this update happen, I go to my PS4 to login and play and that same thing pop up on me, even when I go to the PS store and see if I did buy the game it says I did but still not able to login.
Update: For some reason I'm able to login on my Xbox One but not on PS4 which I got the Traveler Edition.
