I have a xbox one s and have now for a few months been getting continued crashes it will freeze and then send me back to home screen before the crash I get xbox notice pop ups some times it happens alot I have seen similar issues with xbox series s and x this often happens when In cities towns or afk fishing etc this is extremely frustrating and has been going on for far to long please fix this I no I'm definitely not the only one who has this issue 

Yup, the game is a mess on Xbox. Came back after maybe over a year of absence and the game crashes on One S, X and Series X/S as well and it's not even in the known issues.

Don't know why is wrong with noone acknowledging it.

Receiving continuous crashes and then sending me back to the home screen before the crash I get warning pop-ups from xbox a few times, it happens very often it happens when I am in cities this is extremely frustrating
this has been going on for a long time, please fix this definitely

it is impossible to throw this game trash with so many crashes, it is only to enter velia / heidel that this fuck falls.
