my account stopped working since its update, even my brother can enter from both xbox, in my account only this comes out

Just a black screen with my gamertag, that happens on 2 different xbox consoles, my brother can access on both

Me too. I'm restart the Xbox, reinstall the game and the problem continues. 

its the account, we have 2 xbox, xbox one and xbox one x, and my brother can access the game on both and i have that screen on both consoles

I found out the problem before the update I turned cross play off  it usually when u turn the cross play off u get 2 Xbox servers after the update when cross play is off there is no Xbox servers 

have ur brother test it 

just don't log off u will get the black screen if u do log off  and cross play off be careful 

I got it here. On the black screen press the X button and then the B button to back to initial screen. then press button A to enter the server screen and they will load

doesnt work for me, still have that black screen, and about the other guy, i never turn crossplay off

GG now my brother has that black screen too after he tried that 

Same here with PlayStation 5, I haven't found any fixes yet

Play on Xbox here. Get the same black screen.

I got the same issue ( Black screen) ever since the Star's end update this morning 3/2/21 .. I hope the can fix this soon.

Still no word. My ticket is still registering but im sure P.A. will have a hot fix available for the glitch soon.

I was told to contact GM_Costa for

console. Just been waiting for a response. Other than that no fix yet.

Lord have mercy . The game's still not working for me..  I think i'll pack it up and go (clears throat) play another game .. I hope the devs or anybody can fix this soon. I'm so hyped to get some caphras going and experience the new tag system etc.
