I requested a refund through microsoft after purchasing 6k pearls. Now I can't even log in after the refund went through unless I repurchase. After that I was just planning bon purchasing a code off amazon to enter since I have no faith purchasing through microsoft. I have submitted a support request but it isn't showing up like my previous request so I'm at a loss on how to actually contact pearl abyss directly do they have a customer service line or would I be better off just going for a full refund on the game itself and game upgrade iced purchased through microsoft and cut my losses and move on to a new game.
