As you know there is less than a week for release but i still cannot make a decision avout how to spend my 3k pearl. Do you have advice for life skillers about spending our pearls. Costumes or inventory slot or smt else? Im dont interesting in training or alchemy. Advices for fishing, processing and cooking would be great.

from what i've gathered, you need pets, maids, and increased weight.. i'm still undecided myself, and thinking about getting an extra pet and maid and save the rest for later use.

4 pet enough for me so i wanna spend all my pearl on other items.

Costumes for cooking, processing, Not sure about alchemy one, pets: cats for raw lifeskill exp, hedgehog for gathering, damage reduce pets like preorder fogan, will help maintain lucky and magic Tools for longer. Costume Coupons, you can convert some lifeskillclothes into costume 

where are the hardcore PC players?? how do we go on about spending our 3k pearls? any suggestions?

Depends on you goals. For lifeskillers List is above, in Addition you will need more inventory Slots for afk fishing and/or Farmer char, max weight for processing, cooking, alchemy. For grinding/Main char max weight and decend amount of inventory Slots, pets with durablity reduction, or skill exp(dogs), storage maids.

I'm thinking of keeping them until tent will be available, since content will be added very quickly on Xbox version. Tent was for 5k pearls btw.

tent for convenience at a very high price... i really like the idea, but 5k is over budget for now.

with the ultimate version, i'm getting a storage maid, 2 pets, a horse, a flute, and a costume. 

if i'm going to get an additional maid, should i get a transaction one? or get a 2nd storage maid? i've read about both types, but i don't have experience with them. so i'm not sure which one will be more productive/useful in the long run..

storage one, transaction maid is semi useless, she gives access to centralmarket warehouse from anywhere

I have very different opinion here. Storage maid connect to the storage of region you're currently in. You can transfer only one slot, 100LT of goods with 20min cooldown (can't transfer cash). Marketplace maid will let you buy or sell anything on marketplace with money you have in your pockets and money in storage of current region (also 1 slot, 100LT), 20 minutes cooldown triggers when you buy/sell but not bid items.

That said, while grinding on spot you will get different items - gray (vendor sellables), pieces of gear, gems or cash. Sellables you can easily store on your horse/camel/wagon/ship. Pieces of gear weight a bit (you can sell them on market, or store in storage using maid, yet storage have finite space). Cash weight a bit too when you grind long enough - but you can buy potions with it with market maid (if you run out of potion, and you didn't put potions in storage, storage maid won't help you) and you can't transfer cash to the storage (with tent you can buy gold bars and send them to storage, but we won't have tent early on).

As you see transaction maid has more advantages over storage one.

so i'll go with a transaction maid since i'm already getting a storage one.. can i still move those maids from one region to another?

You will be connecting to region you're currently in. If you're in Serendia you will connect to Heidel storage, if in Balenos - Velia Storage, Calpheon - Calpheon storage and so on.

i'm not familiar with the names, but do you mean that if i place the maid in a house in Heidel/Serendia region, then i move to another region, the maid will still be functioning? or i will also need to move the maid?

sorry for all these noob questions, it's just overwhelming lol

You can put the maid wherever you want - doesn't matter. 

If you're in region X, you have access to region X's capital, if you're in region Y, you have access to region Y's capital, no matter where your maid is placed.
