Is there a way to turn off or even just lower the horrible eye straining camera direction lighting effect?

I probably haven't described the effect I'm talking about very well, though I didn't find much on google other the PC players asking the same question with no real answer.

Anyway its the weird lighting effect when you look up and down, it's annoying and hurts my eyes having a games brightness level constantly changing like that.

i agree with you.. this has to be fixed.. the transition between two different lit areas does this weird thing
