Can't play the game! [PS4]

So, today I bought BDO on PS4. I let it download, and once it was finished I began starting a character, ready to play. However, once I press the X button on the character selection screen to connect, the left half of my screen turns blue and once I press X further, the message "This task has already been finished." appears. I already reinstalled the game once, but nothing changed.

Same man ... i able to enter game but hell soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo lag man . Connection issues mostly like i live and play bdo in malaysia man and the game is unplayable since its way lagging

Same problem, EU server here. Never had any issues before. Took a break for a month, came back two days ago. Logging in takes at least 2 minutes when i hit X, once logged in game is unplayable. Rubberbanding and lag, cant access NPCs. My connection is fine, other games run without issues. Deleted the game, downloaded again, wiped PS4 system cache, didnt work.
