This should be easily replicable. When I try to rename my workers, after picking the worker and writing the name, the name will go onto a different worker instead. It happens roughly 30% of the time I rename a worker.

Also, when I switched character several of my workers went back to their default name.

I confirm, I have had similar renaming bugs...
