I purchased 2000 pearls in the ps store and received them in the game via mail and claimed them, however they are not showing up when I open the pearl shop. Thank you for any assistance. 

I have issues like this on other games. Have you tried restarting the game?

Yes sir. I had to restart to get the mail in the game then claimed the mail but didn’t receive the pearls.

Go to inventory, in 1 of your slots there will be a pearl box, same like armor box. Click on it and open it. Voila 2000 pearls to spend. ?

I did that but it didn’t add 2000 pearls when I open the pearl shop

Did it ask you if you want to open the box, and or is it still in inventory or gone?

It asked me to open it, disappeared, then never got the pearls. 

I figured it out. Thanks guys for the suggestions.   For some reason when I claimed it on my sorceress, it appeared in my berserkers (first character I made) inventory. 

Thanks.  I looked in my pearl inventory and there were 2 1000 pearl boxes
