① Obtain Fresh Tulip Seeds for Lara in Heidel!

※ The event quest can only be completed once per week, per family.
Quest Resets at the following times:
EU: 01:00 AM UTC+1/ NA: Wednesday 05:00PM PDT/ ASIA: Thursday 09:00 AM GMT+9

* The event quest will not count towards Rulupee’s Travel Log.

② The [Event] Fresh Tulip Seed is a farming item that can be planted in a Garden.

Step 1. Search for “fence” in the [Find NPC] tab (via ring-menu or function in your main menu)

Step 2. Go to one of the NPCs who show up in the search results

* If you do not have Knowledge of an NPC, the NPC cannot be found via Find NPC.

* In the event you do not have Knowledge on any NPCs that rent fences, here are a few that rent fences:

Finto Farm: Martina Finto
Costa Farm: Mael Costa
Heidel: Flaviano (the Material Vendor)

Step 3. Use Contribution Points to rent fences from the NPC

Small Fence: 3
Plain Fence: 6
Strong Fence/Old Moon Fence: 10

Step 4. Set up a fence

Setting up fences can be done outside of safe zones

Step 5. Plant the seed

In the fence, press on (LT+Y /L2+△) to plant the seed.
You can see how many seeds you have as well as which ones are already planted

Step 6. Harvest the [Event] Fresh Tulip Seed that turned into [Event] Fresh Tulips!

Press (Y/ △) to harvest after the seed has fully grown
Speed of growth is dependent on how the seed is watered and fertilized

You can return the fence to the NPC you got it from to regain your contribution points

③ Bring the [Event] Fresh Tulips to one of the following NPC’s for a special buff!

NPC Amerigo (Heidel Storage Keeper)	[Event] Amerigo's Blossom - Weight Limit +100LT
NPC Techthon (Heidel Blacksmith)	[Event] Techthon's Blossom - Item Drop Rate +5% - Extra AP Against Monsters +3
NPC Cruhorn Wyrmsbane (Heidel Skill Instructor)	[Event] Cruhorn Wyrmsbane's Blossom - Combat EXP +100% - Skill EXP +50%

※ Notes about the buffs when exchanging Fresh Tulips.

- You can obtain multiple buffs at the same time.

- Buff effects do not stack with the same NPC.

- The same buff stack does not overlap.

How to Locate NPCs!

※ Go to the Menu> Function >Find NPC and type the name of the NPC that you’re looking for. Once you find them, press L3 to set a navigation point to that NPC.

However, you cannot find NPCs that you do not have the knowledge of.
