* You don’t have a Prime Gaming account? Then, Try Prime!
② Select Black Desert on the Prime Gaming official website. Then, click ‘Claim now’ to redeem a reward coupon code.
③ Enter your coupon code on the Black Desert official website.
* Coupons can only be redeemed once per family. You can only register your coupon code on one server (NA, EU, or ASIA server).
* Even if you have multiple Prime Gaming accounts, you may only register one coupon for Black Desert.
④ Check your in-game mail to receive your reward items.

- How to Collect Your Rewards!
To claim items from a coupon, you will need to follow a series of steps. First, you will need to create an account on the website and then link it to your in-game account.
- How to link accounts
1. Link your Black Desert Online and Twitch accounts by going to My Page on the Black Desert official website.
2. In-game, open the menu and select Character > My Info
3. On the My Info page, press Y/△ to open the ‘Link Accounts’ menu.
4. Enter the details of the account you created on the website.
* Issues may occur if you have been logged into the game for a long time before starting this process, so please exit the game and start it again to ensure the easiest process possible.
How to redeem coupons
There are 3 methods to redeeming coupons for Black Desert Coupons:1. Black Desert Official Website
1. Go to the Black Desert Official Website, log in to your account, and find Shop -> Coupons
2. You will be sent to a page where you can enter the coupon codes (12-16 characters). Type in the code correctly and then select your server, family, and character you wish to send the items to. Finally, click the use button to send the items from the coupon code to your account.
*Please check the notices written at the bottom of the page when using a coupon.

2. Redeeming In-Game
1. In the menu, select [Adventurer Support]
2. Enter the 16-digit coupon code in the [Use Coupon] menu.
3. Black Desert+ App
1. Launch Black Desert+ App and enter coupon code in the [Coupon] menu.
Last step! Launch Black Desert, open your Mail, and claim the items!
* If the items have not been sent to your in-game mail even though you have entered the correct code, try checking [Web Storage] section on My Page.
* If you can see the items stored in Web Storage, then the coupon has been properly redeemed!
* If you have successfully redeemed your coupon, now it’s time to claim the items.
