* World Bosses do not appear on the Arsha and Olvia servers.

Tips to Defeating the Threats of Black Desert!

1. The World Bosses appear in specific locations, and anyone can join the battle against them.
- You can also view the World Boss spawn times by going through the in-game menu > Information > News > World Boss Timetable.

- You will not be able to see your location on the map at Nouver’s appearance location (Great Desert). If you’re unfamiliar with how to reach the appearance locations, you can use a compass to easily find your way.

2. Before you head off to fight a World Boss, make sure you have sufficient AP/DP on your gear!

3. Stay on your toes when battling a World Boss!

4. World Bosses disappear if they are not defeated within 30 minutes after appearing.
- The HP of a World Boss is shared across all servers. Don’t worry if you don’t see your fellow Adventurers, you’re still fighting alongside them!

5. Once a World Boss is defeated, Adventurers will be given loot depending on several criteria, one of which is the “amount of damage dealt.” However, the “amount of damage dealt” is just one of the criteria, so you can still get the rarest items if you’re lucky.
- The “empowered” versions of the World Bosses require you to deal 0.01% of their HP (shared HP across all servers) as damage to obtain loot.
