New Class, Scholar

  • Released Scholar, the maven of Alchemy, earthen metals, and all things relative to mass and velocity.
    • Scholar's Ascension quest [Scholar Ascension] Echoes of a Forgotten Place becomes available at Lv. 56.
      • Complete the Ascension questline to obtain all the skills in the Awakening Weapon tab.
    • The below AP ratio is applied for main and awakening weapon skills.
      • Main weapon skills: 100% of main weapon AP
      • Awakening weapon (Ascension) skills: 70% of awakening weapon AP, 30% of main weapon AP
 
 
  • Added the Hall of Adventurers: Scholar chat group for all Scholar-focused adventurers to flock and discuss the class.
  • Increased the maximum character slots by 1 due to the addition of the new class. (31 → 32 slots)
  • Issued 1 Season Character Ticket to all adventurers.

 

 

Class Changes
  • Changed the system to prevent death penalties when a monster kills an adventurer who is Forced Attacked by another adventurer.
    • Adventurer who dies to a monster within a certain duration after being subjected to Forced Attack willl not receive death penalties.
      • In the above situation, Karma of the character who activated Forced Attack and attacked will decrease.

  • The damage of the skills learned during the growth phase of the following classes has been adjusted.
    • Warrior, Sorceress, Ranger, Berserker, Tamer, Musa, Maehwa, Valkyrie, Kunoichi, Ninja, Striker, Mystic, Lahn, Archer, Guardian, Hashashin.


Warrior
The Warrior's resilience in combat has been significantly enhanced, allowing for the continuation of battles and the chaining of skill combos, even when outnumbered. In the case of Succession, Warrior can now move laterally while in Succession: Guard, reducing instances where Prime: Evasion was intended to be used but was performed after the guard was released due to late key input. Furthermore, after Floating enemies with Prime: Counter, Warrior can now approach the opponent and continue the combo. As for the Awakening, Burning Moxie has been revamped to intensify the Warrior's attacks based on the number of surrounding enemies.
Main & Succession
Meditation (I to III)
  • Changed the skill as follows:
    • Changed WP recovery: 350/400/500 based on the skill level.
    • Changed HP recovery: 300/400/500 based on the skill level.
    • Changed the cooldown: 40/30/20 sec based on the skill level.
    • Deleted the Charging feature.
    • Changed to be available with your greatsword.
    • Changed to be added to the ring menu. When performed via the ring menu with your greatsword, your weapon will be swtiched to main weapon.
 
Succession: Meditation
  • Deleted the skill due to the change in Meditation.
 
Succession: Guard
  • Improved to be able to move left and right during the skill.
    • Consumes Stamina during lateral movement as before.
 
 
Prime: Heavy Strike
  • Added Forward Guard to the skill.
 
Prime: Shield Strike
  • Added the Stun effect that only applies to monsters on attack 1 and 2 hits.
 
Prime: Counter
  • Changed Prime: Earth Tremor to be activated while leaping forward, when pressing O/B after the upward counter.
 
  • Changed the effect of All Accuracy Rate: +15% for 3 sec → +9% for 10 sec
    • Changed not to stack with the same effect of Prime: Enhanced Spirit.
 
Prime: Enhanced Spirit
  • Removed the Evasion increase effect and changed the following effects: All DP +20 → +40, All Accuracy Rate +15% → +20%.
 
Counter (I to Absolute)
  • Fixed the issue where the effect did not appear when using the skill after using another skill.

Awakening
Flow: Reckless Blow
  • Changed the skill as follows:
    • Removed Attack Speed increase effect when charging is complete and transferred the effect to Burning Moxie.
 
Burning Moxie
  • Changed the skill as follows:
    • Changed to a passive.
    • When using the awakening skill, the Attack/Movement Speed and All DP increases based on the number of enemies around the character.
    • When there are 1/3/6 enemies around, the Attack/Movement speed increases by 10%/10%/15% for 5/10/10 sec, and All DP increases by 20/30/40.
 
Grave Digging
  • Improved to smoothly combo into the skill after Crushing, Flow: Tempest, or Flow: Reckless Blow.
 
Flow: Ankle Break
  • Changed the Bound effect to apply only to monsters and added Forward Guard during the skill.
 
Greatsword Defense
  • Corrected the skill description.


Kunoichi
The Succession Kunoichi can gather the effects of Ninjutsu: Ghost, Soul, Spirit and inflict powerful damage through Prime: Wheel of Wrath. In PvE or PvP, we have made it possible to obtain the Ninjutsu: Ghost, Soul, Spirit buffs faster, so that you can inflict damage more frequently with Prime: Wheel of Wrath.
Main Weapon & Succession
Prime: Ankle Cutter
  • Consumes 20 WP now.
  • Changed so that stamina is not consumed when used during cooldown.
  • Added the buff Ninjutsu: Spirit to be applied upon use.
 
Prime: Flash Slash
  • Changed so that a moving attack is not performed when pressing L2/LT or O/B during the skill.
 
Prime: Wheel of Wrath
  • Changed the animation speed of the skill.
    • Fixed the issue where the attack 1 wouldn't hit when comboed from other skills while rotating the screen.
  • Unified the attack area of the attack 1 to match the effect.
  • Unified the attack area of the attack 2 to be wider.
 
Prime: Danse Macabre
  • Improved the skill to smoothly combo into the following skills:
    • Crescent Slash, Ankle Cutter, Prime: Shadow Explosion, Prime: Shackles
  • Moved some of the description text that was in the control description to the part that explains the effects of the skill.

  • Fixed the issue where the Movement Speed reduction effect was stacked with that of other skills.
  • Corrected the description of the Accuracy Rate in the effects of Arne, Marg, Flame's Calling, and Lava Zone.


Witch
The Awakening Witch has been improved towards enhancing defensive capabilities. Magical Shield has been adjusted to withstand greater damage, and the duration of the Resistance increase effect of Black Spirit: Detonative Flow has been extended, offering greater advantages when utilizing Black Spirit skills. Also, the cooldown of Flow: Magical Evasion has been adjusted, providing more opportunities to dodge enemy attacks in the midst of combat.
Awakening
Fissure Wave
  • Removed the effect of Attack/Casting Speed reduction on hits.
    • This effect has been transferred to Thunder Storm.
 
Thunder Storm & Black Spirit: Thunder Storm
  • Reduced the cooldown: 13/12/11 sec → 10/9/8 sec based on the skill level.
  • Added an effect of Attack/Casting Speed -30% for 5 sec on hits.
    • Changed the effect of Movement Speed reduction: -20% for 10 sec → -30% for 5 sec.            
      • However, it does not overlap with the Shocked effect added when Tett is summoned.            
 
Thunder Storm
  • Changed so that Tett will attack according to the player's attack when the Tett effect of the skill is activated while Gorr or Tett is summoned.
 
Black Spirit: Detonative Flow
  • Changed the duration of the All Resistance Increase effect from 10 sec to 20 sec.
 
Tectonic Block
  • Changed the duration of the All DP Increase effect from 5 sec to 10 sec.
 
Equilibrium Break
  • Improved to be able to combo into Flow: Magical Evasion or Elementalization before the skill hits.
 
Elementalization, Teleport
  • Improved to smoothly combo into Teleport after Elementalization.
 
Flow: Magical Evasion
  • Reduced the cooldown: 4 sec → 3 sec.

  • Changed the some of the effects of Gorr's Blessing and Tett's Ascent as follows:            
    • Recover 250 MP every 10 sec → Max MP +700            
  • Changed to summon Gorr/Tett by pressing O/B when the character stops or after Flow: Magical Evasion.
    • Accordingly, improved so that Gorr/Tett is not summoned even if O/B is pressed while during the skill.
 
  • Corrected the description of the Accuracy Rate in the effects of Gorr, Tett, Earth's Calling, and Toxic Flood.            
  • Fixed the issue where the earthquake damage of Black Spirit: Fissure Wave (II to IV) was same with Black Spirit: Fissure Wave I.            

Striker
Striker Succession has been enhanced with skills designed for engaging multiple enemies. Alongside the well-loved combo, Prime: Wolf's Fang and Wolf's Explosive Fangs, we've introduced a new option. Now, you can perform a combo on a target under CC effects by activating Prime: Roaring Tiger and Explosive Jolt combo while maintaining your defense effect. Additionally, Prime: Fist Fury, previously underutilized, has been revamped to swiftly gather Martial Spirit Shards, making it handy in situations requiring a quick accumulation.

Nova
Nova Succession has been improved to easily summon Axian with Prime: Icy Prison. The time needed to prepare for battle by casting Quoratum's Protection and summoning royal guards has been reduced by directly summoning Axian with Prime: Icy Prison without the need to use additional skills. Also, Retribution Snare has been adjusted to apply defensive effects upon successful grapple, similar to other characters, and not apply defensive effects upon failure. This allows you to continuously grapple multiple enemies if you succeed.
Main Weapon, Succession
Quoratum's Opening
  • Changed to be usable during cooldown.
    • Accordingly, cooldown was changed from 5 sec to 7 sec.
      • However, cooldown for Succession: Quoratum's Opening remains the same.
 
Punishing Trap 
  • Changed skill as below:
    • Changed to not charge when the grab fails.
      • Accordingly, SP is consumed instead of Stamina when the skill is activated.
    • With the removal of the charge, defensive effects are not applied when the grab fails.
    • Changed to be unusable during cooldown.
      • Accordingly, cooldown was changed from 25/20 sec depending on skill level to 17 sec at all levels.
    • Changed to apply Super Armor when grab is successful.
 
Prime: Icy Prison
  • Changed skill as below:
    • Removed normal attacks.
      • Accordingly, changed to always have the Axian appear and attack regardless of the presence of the Royal Guard.
    • Changed the action of Axian when summoned in the air.
  • Fixed the issue where the summoned Axian sometimes did not execute the next command after using the skill.
