The system message which contained Advice of Valks (+40) was sent to all players that allow marketing messages from us and Microsoft. If you did not receive the code, and would like to in the future, please make sure that you change these settings.

There are currently 2 issues that we are looking to rectify with the message, 1 where the wrong items were received, and the second being users not getting any message.

1. If you received the Gold Pop Accessory box, we are going to be sending you the Advice of Valks (+40) as soon as possible via your in-game mail. Please keep an eye on you mailbox to collect it once it has been sent.

2. For those who did not receive the original message, we ask that you send us a customer support ticket at console.playblackdesert.com/support stating that you did not receive any redeem code through the system message. After the next update, we will be replying to these tickets with a solution to the issue.

Unfortunately this was an unforeseen issue, and we are working on getting the solution in action as soon as possible.
