As of March 4th, we have introduced some changes to Standard and Deluxe Edition packages of Black Desert Xbox One so that they match those from PlayStation 4.

As you can see, the Standard Edition Pearls have increased from 500 to 1000, and the Deluxe Edition from 1000 to 2000 Pearls. In regards to that, we would like to offer a Pearl refund for Xbox One users who have purchased Standard or Deluxe Edition of the game before March 4th. This refund will match the difference between the Old Standard/Deluxe Editions and the new Standard/Deluxe Editions. 

If you would like to receive a refund, please fill out the short questionnaire below (please make sure you input all the information correctly). Pearls will be provided to your in-game mailbox on the first maintenance within 3 days after the first maintenance after you fill the questionnaire, starting from March 18th, 2020.
