The 2021 Black Desert Heidel Ball, held on June 19th GMT+9, will bring together Adventurers from all over the world!
As the Heidel Ball will be an online event, the Black Desert Team wanted to include our Adventurers into the festivities by having an online audience!
We invite our Adventurers to share the stage of this momentous day in Black Desert and help us make the event truly unforgettable.
If you’re selected to join the online audience, not only will you see the festivities up close, but you’ll also be gifted some special Heidel merch!

* In order to join the online audience for the Heidel Ball, you’ll need a “digital device” that is capable of streaming audio and video over the internet and a Zoom account.

Additional Notices
- By participating in the online audience for the 2021 Black Desert Heidel Ball, your face and likeness may be displayed publicly in post-event PR content and the official website. If you apply to participate in this event, you will be deemed as giving your agreement/consent to the use of your portrait/publicity rights.
- Only Adventurers selected for the 2021 Black Desert Heidel Ball online audience will be allowed to enter. Any uninvited third-parties that enter will be removed, and any removed individuals will not be allowed to re-enter.
- The online audience will be using the program, Zoom, to participate. Instructions on how to participate and other related details will be provided separately to selected Adventurers at a later date.
- Accounts must be linked in the official website in order to participate in the event, Your invitation may be cancelled if you do not have your account linked prior to the event.
- To help us ensure all Adventurers have a fair opportunity, please contact Customer Support in advance instead of on the day of the event if you are unable to participate due to unavoidable circumstances.
- The selection announcement will be through the official Black Desert website after the end of the event period on June 16, 2021 (Wed) GMT+9. However, the selection announcement schedule is subject to change depending on our mitigating circumstances.
- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event.
- Event prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any inappropriate behavior during the ball may result in you being removed from the event.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- If your account is restricted from the game for violating the Terms of Service/Operational Policy before event prizes are delivered, you can be disqualified as an event winners and have any prizes withdrawn even after the winners announcement.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change event prizes with prizes of similar value without prior notice.
