Greetings Adventurers,

When the pre-season of Conquest War was launched, the Serendia region was then restricted on November 11th 2011. However, it has since been confirmed that the Serendia region was opened unintentionally during the December 22 2021 maintenance.

This has been rectified through the January 10th 2022 maintenance.

One guild participated in the Conquest War for Serendia. All the rewards and items that were obtained by the guild and its guild members that participated in the Conquest War have been recovered.

Recovery Details

Conditions	Recovered Items
In the event of either not claiming or not using the Glorious Victor Reward	* Glorious Victor Reward has been removed from claimable rewards
In the event of possessing items that were obtained after using the Glorious Victor Reward	The following has been recovered: Gold Bar 10,000G x2 Ancient Spirit Dust x1000 Cron Stone x100 Resplendent Medal of Honor x84 Item Collection Increase Scroll (60 min) x3 [Event] Scroll of the Glorious Battlefield x3
In the event where certain items acquired from the Glorious Victor Reward were used	3,000,000,000 Silver from the Central market Storage has been recovered
In the event guild bonuses were received or have it in the in-game mail	Silver (equal to the amount paid via Guild Bonus) from the Central Market has been recovered
In the event Guild Funds were obtained after winning in Conquest War	Guild Funds (excluding Guild Bonuses paid to guild members) has been recovered

It was confirmed that on January 1^st 2022, the Serendia region was open for occupation during the Conquest War. We are currently investigating the issue and as soon as we conclude our investigation, we will inform you through this notice.
