Photograph’s are perfect to remind us of the good times, and we’re going to be snapping shots for Adventurers to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of cross-play.

Not only that, but adventurers that participate will receive a physical photo album to remember the memories they share with each other.

Event – GM Photo Studio

Event Period

* Your account must be linked in order to participate in the event.

* If it is not possible to receive and send emails through the linked account, you will not be able to participate in the event.

Event Details

① Register through the survey during the period, and leave a short message about why you want to make use of the GM Photo Studio.

 - ex. It’s the celebration for the second cross-play anniversary, and I want to remember the time I’ve had in-game with my friends. Black Desert brought us together and it would be nice to have something to remember these days with.

 - You can also take group shots with other Adventurers.

② Among the adventurers who send us the best stories, we will select up to 8 people per server.

Winners will be unveiled on March 11^th 2022, through the official website.

③ Once the winners are selected, we will be sending a ‘Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement’ to the email linked to their Black Desert account, and will also provide instructions on the use of the Photo Studio and how we will send the rewards. If you are selected, please check your email.

 - Period to obtain consent for the collection of Personal Information and use: March 16^th 2022 11:59 PM (UTC)
 - It may be difficult to obtain your rewards without filling in the document.

④ When an Adventurer has completed the Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement, on the day of the photoshoot, a GM will whisper you roughly 15 minutes before the photoshoot is to take place.

⑤ Photoshoot may take around 1 hour (it may vary depending on the pictures taken).

* If you are unavailable on the day the pictures are taken, you will be excluded from receiving your prize.

Event Benefits

* There may be a run time on the delivery and production of the physical goods, and we will keep you informed once delivery begins.

※ Notes

- 15 minutes before the photo, a GM will whisper those selected. Failure to respond within a prompt period, the prize may be cancelled.

- If the prize is cancelled, you will be excluded from the event.

- Those selected will be announced on the official website on March 11th 2022.

- Entering an incorrect family name/character name in the survey while registering for the event, will exclude you from the event.

- Pearl Abyss shall be entitled to the Secondary Copyrights of all content (screenshots, videos, etc.) submitted for the event without limitations to time and region for promotional purposes.

- The winners will be announced through the website and email. However, this is subject to change depending on mitigating circumstances.

- The number of event winners may change depending on the number of participants. 

- Pearl Abyss may collect the personal information of the winners with their agreement/consent in order to deliver the event prizes.

- Depending on the circumstances, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change/alter the event prizes with a prize of similar value without prior notice.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.

- Please refer to the in-game item description for details on whether the item is bound.

 - Once the item has been sent and the item has been consumed, we will be unable to recover it.

 - Violating any of the Terms of Service will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.

 - Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
