First!
Prepare a +100 Enhancement Chance stack. (Does not count the Valks’ Cry/Adventure Log bonuses).
Exchange the [Event] Seal of Challenge, which you can obtain from defeating monsters, gathering and fishing, for an Advice of Valks (+100)!

Second!
Summon the Black Spirit, open the enhancement window, and select the “Extract” option.

Third!

Select the [Event] Origin of Dark Hunger and Devour it!
The maximum limit for Devouring has been increased from +200 to +230, so now is the time to surpass your limits!
