How to redeem coupons
There are 3 methods to redeeming coupons for Black Desert Coupons:

1. Black Desert Official Website
1. Go to the Black Desert Official Website, log in to your account, and find Shop -> Coupons
2. You will be sent to a page where you can enter the coupon codes (12-16 characters). Type in the code correctly and then select your server, family, and character you wish to send the items to. Finally, click the use button to send the items from the coupon code to your account.
*Please check the notices written at the bottom of the page when using a coupon.

2. Redeeming In-Game
1. In the menu, select [Adventurer Support]
2. Enter the 16-digit coupon code in the [Use Coupon] menu.
3. Black Desert+ App
1. Launch Black Desert+ App and enter coupon code in the [Coupon] menu.
Last step! Launch Black Desert, open your Mail, and claim the items!
* If the items have not been sent to your in-game mail even though you have entered the correct code, try checking [Web Storage] section on My Page.
* If you can see the items stored in Web Storage, then the coupon has been properly redeemed!
* If you have successfully redeemed your coupon, now it’s time to claim the items.
