This quest cannot be completed due to performance issue on earlier generation consoles. This issue may also extend to the newer generation consoles.

The main problem here is that unloaded areas hamper progress, making it impossible to complete within 2 minutes.

There are at least 2-3 points (in the most efficient route for the quest) where the player must wait up to 30 seconds each for the next area to load.

Point 1 is at the main bridge across the river. Point 2 is at the southeastern gate (near the stable owner). Point 3 is near Rubin, the quest giver.

I understand that optimizing the game for an older generation is a big task, so my suggestion here would be to simply increase the timer to at least 4 minutes for the console versions of the quest.
