Please help did not receive guild support funds don't know what I'm doing wrong

I did my research on guild support funds and did not find a whole lot of information. I know I need 10 members online at 24:00 UCT I also know that I can't receive support fund the week after the guilds creation. Last night on Sunday the 8th at 24:00 UCT we had 10 members on for more than two hours. We created our guild the day of the ps4 launch. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I've searched everywhere on the internet and found nothing to help, some one please explain to me what I'm doing wrong, thank you in advance.

I do not think we have any support for guilds yet. It can be added later one.
