customization problem

So I downloaded a very cool template for my mystic but it only loads the face and the body without the cool clothing it has...and I can only use the 5(or whatever the count is) default suits the game gives you...this sucks.Any fix?

The fancy clothes are just for you to see what they look like on your character. You always start with default armor. You will have to buy the other outfits.
