Brand new player (less than two weeks). Putzing around on my raft and I found out about the sailing expansion.

But I can't find how to start it. Toon is 52 but it doesn't show up under quests. Is there another requirement to start? All the videos I watched about how to complete it start with the person pulling up their quest log and showing the quest line already started.

That's because we don't have the Margoria update yet, and no date for it's release yet. The quest currently doesn't exist, as a result. 

Ah! That would explain it.
