Guardian Awaken Quest bugged?

So, I'm level 56 and it says for the Unstoppable Thirst Quest: "Awaken the hidden power within"
It doesn't show me how to do it though and I have no clue how I should continue, can someone help me?
I tried going to O and then start the first awakening quest but it doesn't give me an npc to go to.

Never mind, after posting this I suddenly saw the "suggestion" tab at the black spirit... This thread can be closed again. (I have no Idea how to delete it)
