more uses to hunter seals

just wondering wat is de use of hunter seals this days because reforme stones are not in the game for a long time now,
as far as i know is only for black stoens exchange right now.
would it maybe be possible to add other things to the exchange? maybe some advalce of valks or something like that?

Grade 3 Reform stones might not be used much anymore, but they are still used to make Ultimate Reform Stones.

Seals are 60k each or so with stones now. 2 gets 120k minimum.
Would have to be a pile to get anything good.
Balance.
