Everything is in the title.  

The quest with the herbal brewers no longer works, as does the chapter in the bartali diary.  Anyone have a solution?

I'm stuck in the main quest, because the herbal brewer no longer works.

System: PS4

Server: EU

System: Xbox

Me it is not the brewer of herbs which does not function but the quest related to this one as well as the mission in the book of Bartali.  However, I too sometimes cannot activate the herbal brewer but when I change the server this problem is resolved if it can help you.

Im having the same issue trying to run the adventure log, it allows me to play the mini game but doesn’t give me the completion for the log or daily quest. I switched to all the servers and same thing.

Bug description: 

The HERB VILLAGE quest to use the Brewer 5x before you can proceed. Does NOT register the 5x. Once a character jumps off the brewer nothing happens. Making it impossible for any player to proceed down the main quest line from this point on.

Temporary Solution for Some: Make sure you only have that quest active, abandon or complete any others. Than do the 5x jump on 3 seperate brewery. (Aim for the ones closest to the given waypoint.) This has worked for a few players, including my fiancè, not for me though.

The same problem. I cant complete the quest for 4 days already. Im stuck.

GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY. A recent notification and update has come in! Update the game and head to the brewer to finally complete your quest!
