PA needs to acknowledge that we don't care about pretty graphics but rather stable FPS and performance during larger than grinding activities like world boss, NW, RBF, GvG, Siege etc. and thus the toggle-able optimization mode is needed.   
 

Grinding isn't perfect either and I'm confident enough that 40% mob wipe could be reversed if we received a proper optimization mode with stripped graphics, simplified foliage, reduced draw distance etc.
