Tome Broken and Loot scoll

So the Tome was added and it’s not giving any extra Prognyl Bars. Checked while farming ogres and elite rotation. Also the loot scroll is not giving extra bars either like it had before. This had been broken for some patches now.
elites usually give 13-14 bars and that’s all it still gives even with scroll or the tome equipped. Also upgraded the tome and no difference .

Yeah this needs to be fixed ASAP. Broken tome and broken drop scrolls.

You might already know since they mentioned it a week ago or so. The tome only effects quest prognyl bars
