Greetings!

Here are some general tips you may find helpful.

Free players:

• Weight limit - The strength stat on your profile increases your weight limit and enables you to grind longer. Get a trading crate via any trade manager and set a loop route inside a city to gain strength while AFK.
• Inventory & Gear - Quests are essential as they provide inventory space and some really good gear for lower levels along with some nice amount of silver.
• Drop Chances - Invest energy in a node that you're grinding at, That will increase drop rate. You can also increase your luck via gear (fortuna), max is 5 luck.
• Shorter returns - Rent a container and place it in a residence closest to your grinding spot. Like "Kusha" for Sausens/Shultz.
• Grinding spots - Each grinding spot has its own benefits and serves a different purpose. For example: Sausens is great for EXP and Grunil drops. Pirates is great for EXP and silver grind (Red/Blue coral earring/ring) ETC
• Weight stacking - Use your mounts inventory to store large quantities of exchangeable drops when you reach 99% weight. Once you decided to go to Town simply place all the items back to you and get on your mount. you will be overweight but your mount will run at full speed.
• Extra Inventory space - Use a wagon for more inventory space, you can also use the same method as above.
• Bonus stats - Buy and use food. Not only will it benefit your HP level but the bonuses from certain foods make it easier for you to grind if you got lower gear score.
• Easy gear - Rent Kaia items from Calpheon's blacksmith. Main weapon + 1 armor piece will cost 100 CP. Good for beginners with low gear score.

Paying players:

• Pets - Prioritize getting up to 4-5 pets first. The difference it does is HUGE. This is your best investment. Also, store pets when not using them since feed is not cheap. Your pets can be used by all of your characters.
• Value pack - the inventory and storage expansions are great but what you really need is the 30% market profit!! You'll be selling most of your drops to the market to make profit! - combine with market maid
• Market maid - This will give you the option to set items for sell in the marketplace every 20 minutes or so.
• Storage maid - Generally used mostly by life skillers, can transform 1 stack of item to a limit of 100LT.
• Weight - will allow you to grind more but this applies only to 1 character. Use different classes, decide which one will be your main grinder and get it!

On a side note: The payed services are not mandatory and are only for your convenience.  It helps a lot for those who have little play time.

You only got 30 slots on the market. It really depends on the economy if you'd be able to sell them all every 20min so it might be wasteful to get 3.

transaction maid is super usefull to snipe stuff

will we be able to grind while afk on consoles? 

AFK is a huge part in this type of genre (sandbox mmorpg). Im sure the same mechanics will apply in consoles as well. You'd just have to change your console settings to not turnoff etc

Or hopefully they make the afk activities to be server side...

You gonna get me all tingly just from thinking about it. Good chances they wont tho. Still, an awesome fantasy.
