Help, i need instruction to create a account in Ukraine and link his with my PS4 account. I three times create account in https://www.console.playblackdesert.com/ and try to link him with my PS4 account, and three times i caught error " server connection failed, please retry to connect. [400]" maybe i create account in wrong region in offical site and then this error going on. Please tell me which one the region relate Ukraine, end send me instruction wh at region parametr or something else i need to enter when create new correct account so that I could connect them. Doesn't work, I already did that. I each changed the region during registration but nothing helps, contacted support, they wrote "We kindly advise you to make sure that the Email address that you would like to link to your in-game account is not yet linked to other accounts." But every time I tried to connect accounts with different regions, it didn’t work, it’s always a 400 error anyway. Is there no solution?

So if you access to the game you are in EU - i think you  are cause you sit in Ukraine. You bought the game from PSN store EU so you have to create an EU bases account on

console.playblackdesert.com

you don't have access to NA servers or others when you didnt buy the game there.

The only thing you can do is, create an EU account on the website, verify your mail address, Link your ps4 account to the Homepage account and vise versa.

When this dont work, sorry i dont know more to say

Maybe a CM can look into it or tying to bring your question a bit further.

You're using the email address that is affiliated with your PS4 account, correct?

I created an account on the official website of the game and try to connect this account with the game on ps4.

I just saw when choosing a server below was Epheria (PS) went to it and tried to link accounts, and it worked. I thought there all the servers are considered for ps4, but it seems to be wrong. Thanks to everyone who helped, I got everything.
