I have been going round & round with via reporting this issue. 
I bought pearl clothing sets for my witch. And I can see that I have set on. But when my boyfriend and/or friends play in party, they say I’m wearing my brown robe, also I have a wizard in party & on both my boyfriend acct. & my account 2 different televisions in same room, I had a chance to see for my own eyes our sets are not visual to others!!! It was before the last maintenance everything was fine.

so I had reported this bug 2x’s. 1st time seemed to be a lag issue & we tested that theory for 60mins. Now they are telling me they added a feature I’m guessing “setting“  because “press triangle to confirm” was placed in a reply. 
Been there I have no idea how they can add without update! At this point I’ve been searching for other games to play, PA shouldn’t get $22-$39 USA money to not be seen by others in your costumes.

They did mention they'd do this on their stream and it's on the patch notes.. it's done so characters get rendered faster reducing "lag" by making them look in default clothing.

Yes, it is a setting that can be turned on and off to help rendering as mentioned. Did they provide directions in the ticket on how to toggle it on and off?
