Hi Lads, so I was playing and my game froze for a while so I closed the application. Now when I restart the application I can reach the character selection screen and choose, but when I attempt to load in once the loading has finished I just get a black screen no sound nothing. It’s only this character specifically, unfortunately it was my main so I really can’t play even if it’s just one character. I’ve tried restarting my PS4, logging into one of my characters that does work and then attempting to switch in game, and a different internet connection. None have worked. I have put in a ticket but given with stuff going on in real life I’m not sure how long it’ll take them to get back to me. If anybody has had this issue or knows a potential solution please let me know, thanks.

Thank you, but I actually reinstalled the game and it fixed itself. Next time I’ll just wait for the blue screen
