These new EU mods live in Europe under very different laws just a month ago the government just issued United States government just issued executive orders regarding censorship on Instagram and twitter and LinkedIn and Facebook and even though discord is not implicitly named in the executive order the censorship is brutal right now if anyone mentions a current event such as COVID or the mass riots.

the European people are against the Americans and there is no immigration allowed between these countries currently even Britain

google “Free Speech executive order for online content White House” to see what I am talking about.

I left the discord regarding this issue until it’s cleared up instead of escalating I will just keep my posts to the forums.

Doesn't matter what laws mods on a discord live under anyway as regards speech. They are enforcing the discord/PA teams rules, not there to protect or stamp out free speech.

The constitution btw, only prohibits the government, both state and federal, from infringing on citizens speech. A private business (that does not take government funding) can restrict speech on their premises. Far as the big tech companies go, they are in hot water because they have monopolized social media which can be argued is the new public forum for Americans to speak, and they  receive tax breaks from the American government, as well as enjoy protections from government as to what their users say or do on their platforms, which then leads into=they may be considered as getting funding from the government and thus fall under the constitution.

None of the above can describe Discord or PA.

I can understand as long as as it’s not images of violence or nudity or curse words.   But these mods are topic regulating in the off topic channel even.

trying to use crime words invoking stalking protections such as “threatening” and “abuse” because I said the word “Disrespecting” in a graphic And asked them what server their on.   Honestly let them be the chatbots I got enough people to help on my own.

i don’t appreciate malicious language designed to entrap people when they are. Disrespecting others.

The ToS needs to be more explicit and reworded and not just “open” to mods interpretation because I disagree with the mods “interpretation” of the TOS to begin with
