I've noticed this is a complaint on pc already, but doesn't mean it no longer needs addressing.

Give the killing of sea monsters a personal reward, I can't get people to go with me to kill these monsters, an hour out doing sea monsters for a pittance to your guild fund is an hour you could have made 60-100mil in grinding (which, to be fair, is just as braindead as most lifeskilling unless a rare pker comes knocking)

Even just experience towards hunting or...something! Built a frigate with four cannons and I can only get using one of them while remaining stationary and get nothing for it...just lol
