I play on ps4 EU and since June 30 it is impossible for me to enter with 5 characters in the game of the 18 I have and one of them I have in master 9 of alchemy and master 4 of cultivation with pearl suit, inventory, etc. I have about 10 tikets sent and they only answer that I delete the game and reinstall and I have already done it 5 times and the error is still, I need help from someone who has passed this and know how to fix it or tell me where to go because with tikets they can't fix it and today they just told me to delete it again and reinstall it for the 6 time.

They say to do that because they hope the communication issue gets fixed and you can connect to the servers. However since you've done it several times it falls down to two things. 1) the issue is with your internet provider or 2) your console is at fault and is in need of maintenance. Those are the most likely culprits.

thanks Takmatt but the console is fine because with the other characters it goes without problem, in fact I had 2 more damaged characters and I fixed them by deleting them and re-creating them and it worked for me but anyway thanks for the reply

Oh so the problem lies with the individual characters then. I must've read your post wrong. If your individual characters are not loading but others are then it the problem does fall within the servers just the server that saves and loads your characters into the game servers. Since deleting them and making new ones fixed the issues then it the characters were most likely saved wrong or corrupted on the character servers and PA should take a look at them. 

Wait until next maintenance to see if the problem is fixed on your other characters that were corrupted and can not log in with. If it's fixed then the maintenance solved the issue but if it does not then send in another ticket stating that some of your characters got corrupted and can not log in with. That should get them looking into the right area for the problem since playing on the game servers work fine with other characters and rules out connection issues with the server. 

Keep in mind that if your character have become heavily corrupted you will most likely loose them so prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I'm sure PA will do everything they can to save your characters.

I've sent 2 report tickets for character login issues and I tried everything even initializing PS4 system ,rebuilt database, deleting game and redownloaded it and support doesn't do anything they just take the money and ignore

Alright a guildmate of mine had the same issue with one of their characters not being able to log in after their game crashed. They were able to fix the issue by rebuilding their PlayStation hard drive. Or if you have an external hard drive make sure to rebuild/repair it and it should solve the issue.

Hope this new info helps everyone with a similar problem with their characters failing to log in.
