Hi, i just came back to the Game 3 days ago, and i've been killing kzarka since then without getting any Loot (4 times now tbh).. Ive never had this problem before (i used to play before crossplay), not playing on crossplay Servers ATM, but still not getting anything from the boss, not even the fragments.. i'll post a video of it as proof.

Have you tried playing on a crossplay server since then that yielded the same results? If you have not encountered it on crossplay servers then its local to the non crossplay servers and you may have to submit a ticket. Also is it just Kzarka or every World Boss? They will most likely ask you that if you submit a ticket and whether or not uninstalled the game when you left or if you tried re-installing the game. 

On the crossplay servers I have not encountered this issue. Have not tried playing on the non crossplay servers to test it myself. Also at around 3:40 in the video it seems like non one got anything from the boss unless that pop-up notice showed 1 person getting it. I apologize I'm replying and viewing the footage from my phone so its a little hard to read the notice text. 

Has anyone else on the server mention the same thing? If so then the server needs to be looked at. If its just you then there's a communication problem between your console and the non crossplay servers. Will tag  and see if she has any info for you that I might've overlooked and she can ask the devs directly and I can't. Hope your issue gets resolved.
